Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement with GenCore Candeo, Ltd. D/B/A The Genisis Group to provide highly technical software that manages and tracks bail bonds and is the sole source provider for this software. This software is grouped with the necessary component services pursuant to 262.024 (a) (7) Texas Local Government Code. (Sole Source - discretionary exemption). The agreement covers the cost for all services required for the implementation, processing of transactions, training, estimated fees, expenses, and annual maintenance subscription for the Webb County Jail electronic bonding software; and authorize Webb County Judge Tano Tijerina to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. This agreement will be at no cost to Webb County or the Webb County Jail. [Requested by the Webb County Sheriff's Office, the Honorable Martin Cuellar]
