Discussion and possible action to transfer county payroll savings funds accumulated as of June 9, 2023, in the amount of $1,037,975 to the Operational Reserve account and second quarterly allocation for new computers based on survey performed by Information Technology; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Commissioners court has directed a quarterly payroll sweep. Allocation of funding for the Webb County Sheriff's Administration office remodeling project in order to finish project modifications.

Solution: Complete second quarterly payroll sweep.

Result: Savings for Operational Reserve and funds for Change Order No. 2 will be available to finish project modifications.
