Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and select the top three (3) highest ranking firms to present their qualifications to Commissioners Court at the next public court meeting for consideration of final award to the firm that Commissioner Court considers to be best fit for services requested under RFP 2023-009 “Financial Advisor for Webb County” and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1130-001-432001 (General Fund - General Operating Exp-Administration-Professional Services)]

Issue: Six (6) proposals were officially submitted in respond to RFP 2023-009 “Financial Advisor for Webb County”.

Solution: Staff is recommending that Commissioners Court take into consideration selecting the top three (3) highest ranking firms and scheduling public interviews in order to make a final selection on award to firm that will provide the best value to Webb County.

Result: Proceed with directions from Commissioners Court as authorized through a formal motion.
