Discussion and possible action to authorize the following increases in available gallons of water for Tier #1, Tier #2 and Tier #3 at the county water dispensers located at La Presa and Colorado Acres, effective October 1, 2023;

Current Tiers
Tier# 1                 0 - 2,150 Gallons
Tier# 2                 2,151 – 4,300 Gallons
Tier# 3                 4,301 Gallons and above

Effective October 1, 2023
Tier# 1                 0 – 3,650 Gallons
Tier# 2                 3,651– 6,800 Gallons
Tier# 3                 6,801 Gallons and above

with additional action to authorize the equalization of gallons of water and associated costs assessed at the Masterson, Casa Blanca Golf Course, Self Help, Las Minas and Penitas water dispensers; and any other matters incident thereto. [Sponsored by Jesse Gonzalez, Commissioner Pct. 1]
