Discussion and possible action to enter into an amendment to the Inter-Governmental Service Agreement (IGSA)70DCR18DIG00004 in which ICE has adjusted the funds paid to CoreCivic (the owner of the Webb County Detention Center, in Laredo, TX) and entering into a de-obligation agreement 70CDCR22FIGR00099 for excess funds in the total net amount of -$889,427; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. This will have no impact on the County's General Fund. [Requested by the Webb County Sheriffs' Office, WCDC Account #1001-209250-180]
