Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution and Order authorizing a Joint Election between the County of Webb, the City of Rio Bravo, Legacy Municipal Management District, and the Webb County Municipal Utility District No.1 to be conducted on November 7, 2023 and authorize the Webb County Elections Administrator to prepare an election services contract for the conduct and supervision of said elections pursuant to Chapter 271, Texas Election Code.
