Discussion and possible action to approve the renewal of a Software License and Support Services Agreement between Webb County and Management Information Technology USA, Inc. d/b/a Child Plus Software, on behalf of the Webb County Headstart/Early Headstart Education Program, for a One year (1 yr.) term, from October 1, 2023 to September 30th, 2024, at an annual subscription fee of Forty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Six and 23/100 Dollars ($45,466.23) and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents.
