Discussion and possible action to approve the release of the withheld partial retainage payment in the amount of $5,838.73 from the original invoice amount of $116,761.00 payable to Schindler Elevator Corporation Invoice #7401594696 and authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #3868-7230-001-443000-260 Repairs & Maintenance Webb County Building (formerly Webb County Title Building) and Account #3868-206000 (Elevator Repairs 2019A Retainage Payable)]

Issue: Elevator improvement was completed as detailed under contract specifications.

Solution: Commissioners Court authorizes the release of retainer fee for the modernization of the Webb County Title Building elevator.

Result: Schindler Elevator Corporation will be paid for services rendered.
