Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Proposal (RFP) 2023-015 "Webb County Fairgrounds - Special Events Decorating Services" to the highest ranking respondent as recommended by the scoring committee and the Webb County Purchasing Agent in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; §262.030 (Alternative Proposal Procedures for Certain Goods and Services) and to further authorize the Civil legal department to negotiate the terms & conditions of the service agreement with selected respondent and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Two (2) sealed proposals were submitted in response to this public solicitation for special events decorating services.

Solution: Consideration to approve award to the highest ranking respondent as presented by the Purchasing Agent & independent rankings submitted by each member of the scoring committee based on the weighted criteria for selection.

Result: If approved, Civil / Legal Department will negotiate the terms, conditions and related fees for approval and execution of service agreement by Commissioners Court.
