Discussion and possible action to approve Work Authorization #4 with GDJ Engineering (“Consultant”) wherein Consultant will be providing Survey, Right-of-Way (ROW) Mapping, Schematic, Environmental, Traffic Studies, Geotechnical, Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) and Bridge Design (if needed) for approximately 2.6 miles of roadway for the Vallecillos Loop and International Road extension from I-35 to International Blvd. in an amount not to exceed TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY SIX DOLLARS AND SIXTY FOUR CENTS ($2,189,856.64) any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
