Discussion and possible action to enter into a three year Master Service Agreement between Ad-Comp Systems, Inc. and Webb County for the Water Utilities Department for the payment and collection of utility payments through telephonic means. The term of the agreement shall be for commence October 1, 2023 thru September 30, 2026, commencing on the date of the first Live transaction through the service provided at a cost of seventy-five cents (.75) per call/ transaction over the term of the agreement, authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
