Discussion and possible action to approve a three year (October 23, 2023 through October 22, 2026) Cloud Based File Management and Application Software Service Agreement with IWorQ Systems, Inc. for the Webb County Planning in order to assist the Planning Department with Permit Management, Code Enforcement, and Online credit/debit card processing in an amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($130,000.00) payable over the three-year period, subject to annual appropriation, authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
