Discussion and possible action to enter into an Agreement with Audio Dynamics, Inc. for Audio/Video Conferencing Technology Upgrades to the Judicial District and County Courts at Law in an amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE DOLLARS ($105,543.00) with a time frame of Forty-Five (45) calendar days to complete the Project, authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1130-001-470000 (Capital Outlay)]

Issue: Judicial and District County Courts at Law are in need of Audio/Video Conferencing Technology Upgrades in order to properly conduct court business.

Solution: Enter into an agreement with Audio Dynamics, Inc. to provide Audio/Video Conferencing Technology Upgrades to the Judicial District and County Courts at Law.

Background:

Judicial Courts seek to have the capability to Audio/Video Conference court cases, if necessary, in order to more effectively process their case load.
