RFQ - Architectural for parking area

Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for architectural services for the redesign of parking area and expansion/construction of the clubhouse and cart barn, to potentially include the relocation of the maintenance barn, at the Casa Blanca Golf Course, in accordance with the professional service procurement act; and any other matters incident thereto.
Issue:
The Casa Blanca Golf Course is in need of additional and expanded parking at the facility. Expansion of the clubhouse is also needed to accommodate for larger capacity due to large events at the golf course.
Solution:
Hiring a qualified architect would allow for bids for construction of said scope of work.
Result:
Casa Blanca Golf Course will be able to better accommodate large events being held at the facility.
