Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding “Interpretation of calculation of Classification: Corrections Officer to Classification: Peace Officer” which resolves the interpretation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement as it relates to allocation of years of service for Corrections Officers transitioning to Peace Officer and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge and Sheriff to sign all relevant documents. [Executive Session may be requested pursuant to Title 5, Subchapter D, Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code-Consultation with Attorney]
