Discussion and possible action to authorize a change to the grant Authorized Representative (AR) for SAMHSA TI081929-05 from 341^st Judicial District Court and authorizing the Webb County Judge, Tano E. Tijerina, as the sole Authorized Representative (AR) and authorizing the County Judge to act as the Chief Elected Official in all matters pertaining to the County's request. The change in grant AR does not require a change in the approved budget nor does it affect the general fund. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the request is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures. [Requested by Tano E. Tijerina, County Judge]

Issue: A change in management administration is necessary for the above reference grant.

Solution: If approved, the request will allow official change to the grant account numbers.

Result: The Veterans Treatment Program will officially be under the purview of the Webb County Judge.
