Discussion and possible action to approve Amendment No. 1 for ARPANGO-0008 Imaginarium of South Texas in the amount of $19,762.92. Imaginarium of South Texas is requesting a change to the Performance Statement in their contract to assist in the mission in tutoring services to elementary students who are struggling in math and science. This action will not have an impact to the General Fund. Documentation has been reviewed by Webb County Economic Development Department and is compliant with SPOC policies and procedures.

Issue: Imaginarium of South Texas will not be expending $19,762.92 (Supplies/Materials: $4,332.82, Equipment: $15,430.10) for remainder of contract.

Solution: Transfer $19,762.92 (Supplies/Materials: $4,332.82, Equipment: $15,430.10) for remainder of contract to Salaries for tutors.

Result: Elementary students who are struggling in math and science will benefit.

Background:

Imaginarium of South Texas was awarded $90,000.00 of American Rescue Plan Act Funds through the ARPA NGO Process on February 23, 2022.
