Discussion and possible action to authorize the release the ten percent (10%) retainage payment in the amount of $9,777.94 to Clayton Homes for a manufactured home purchased under the Self-Help Center Grant Program and authorizing the County Judge to sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #2529-206000]

Issue: Commissioners Court approval is required in order to release final retainer payment.

Solution: Place Agenda Item in order to obtain Commissioners Court approval to authorize this payment.

Result: Clayton Homes will receive payment for services rendered.

Background:

Reconstruction work and the final inspection for this home have been completed. This home was assisted under the Self-Help Housing Reconstruction Program, Grant Contract # 7220013.
