Discussion and possible action to approve the closeout and release of retainage in the amount of $16,976.25 to Romo Contractors LLC., for the Webb County Casa Blanca Golf Course Improvements Project; and authorize the County Judge sign any relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #7100-206000 (Retainage Payable)]

Issue: This project has been completed. Contractor is requesting final pay (retainage amount). There will be a credit of $2,375.00 from the $16,000.00 Allowance which will be credited back to the original funding source.

Solution: Approve and release retainage amount and close out project.

Result: Completion of project and release of retainage.
