Discussion and possible action to enter into a Sixty (60) month (October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2028) Software Subscription Agreement between Thomson Reuters and Webb County for Online/Practice Solutions/Software (Westlaw Edge) at a monthly cost of SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE DOLLARS AND NINETY-SEVEN CENTS ($7,851.97) with a 1% annual increase in price for a total cost of over the 5-year agreement FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND SIXTEEN CENTS ($480,635.16), subject to annual budget appropriations, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
