Discussion and possible action to change Slot #2157 from Full Time Classroom Aide ($8.38 per hour) to Two (2) Part Time Substitute positions ($8.38 per hour).

Background:

The Classroom Aide position is currently vacant. All positions are 100% grant funded. No impact to General Fund. The Full Time Classroom Aide position, with benefits, is budgeted at $22,089. The two Part Time Substitute positions would total $10,146 each for a grand total of $20,292.

This request is being made as a result of a voluntary demotion of a Classroom Aide, and the program's need for additional Substitutes. Additionally, the program has a long-term goal of phasing out Classroom Aide positions by way of attrition.
