Discussion and possible action to accept a County Essentials Program grant from the Office of the Governor – Criminal Justice Division in the amount of Fifty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Dollars and Twenty-One Cents ($54,820.21), effective January 12, 2015 for the purchase of necessary equipment for the Webb County Medical Examiner’s Office; and designating the County Judge as the County’s Chief Executive Officer and authorized representative to act in all matters in connection with this project. This action will have no impact on the County’s General Fund.
