Discussion and possible action to approve an advertising agreement between Entravision Communications Corp. and the Webb County Sheriff's Office in an amount not to exceed $2,500 per month, effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 for law enforcement service announcements in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024 (Discretionary Exemptions)(7)(A). [State forfeiture Account #168-2001-6707]

Background:

Contract with Entravision will provide law enforcement service announcements to public and will be paid through State forfeiture funds. TV spots will run daily on scheduled times as per terms and conditions of contract not to exceed $2,500.00 per month.
