Discussion and possible action to enter into contract amendment Number One (1) to the Rural Transportation State fund grant agreement No. RUR 1502 (22) with the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation, wherein Webb County accepts transfer of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWO DOLLARS ($127,402.00) from project administration to operating; replacing budget page with no adjustment on original grant amount of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND SIXTEEN DOLLARS ($260,016.00) for the El Aguila Rural Transportation Program and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.

Background:

Amendment number 1 is being submitted by the Texas Department of Transportation transferring $127,402.00 from project administration to
operating; replacing budget page for RUR 1502 (22) State Grant.
