Background:

An Agenda Line Item Transfer has been submitted for next Commissioner Court Meeting dated January 12, 2015 for Account 742-8001-8801-12 Capital Outlay Renovations - Beginning balance $600,000.00. Additional funds needed:
$200,000.00 For original contract amount, $145,886.00 Roof replacement, $199,565.86 Change Order No. 1, $55,296.30 Fire protection, Total of $600,748.16.

Previous Court Action:

Current Contractor has already increased their contract by the 25% permitted.
