Discussion and possible action to approve a Five (5) year commercial property lease agreement for the use of a portion of the Webb County Golf Course Clubhouse Restaurant/Bar Area, at a flat monthly rental rate of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) per month, commencing January 13, 2015, by and between Webb County, Texas and Blue Chip Catering, Inc., Webb County, Texas, as Lessee.

Background:

Webb County in 2014 had decided to separate and issue a request lease the restaurant/bar area previously under the control of the current golf course management company Southern Golf Properties, Inc., issued request for proposals to lease of portion of the Webb County Golf Course Clubhouse Restaurant Area, Blue Chip Catering, Inc., was the sole proposal submitted for the use and lease of the subject property.
