Subject:

Discussion and possible action on progress of reconstruction of Community Supervision and Corrections Department/Police Athletic League, (CSCD/PAL) Building in South Laredo including information on designation of areas of responsibility of each contractor, subcontractor or anyone involved in this project. Proposed action may include whatever action may be necessary to assure this project moves along at a faster rate toward timely completion.

Background:

Informal reports have indicated that this project is moving at a very slow rate due to unknown factors. Discussion on the reasons for this slow rate of completion and matters which may be necessary to assure timely completion in a good and workmanlike manner will be considered.
