Discussion and possible action to approve the Webb County Community Action Agency Code of Conduct Policy for 2015 and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

The Advisory Board members reviewed and approved the Code of Conduct Policy on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 Regular Board Meeting with a recommendation for further review by the Webb County Attorney's office. Mr. Jeffrey Czar/Assistant County Attorney approved the polices on behalf of the County Attorney's office, for form and content.
