Discussion and possible action to adopt by Resolution and Order an amendment to Webb County’s 2015 State Legislative Agenda to include a request for legislative support to amend the applicability provisions of Chapter 92, Natural Resources Code to include Webb County as an eligible county for surface property owners to create “qualified subdivisions” to ensure the proper and orderly development of both mineral and land resources in Webb County, Texas.
