Discussion and possible action to approve the posting and filling of the following Slot, subject to the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines. The progression of the promotion will result in a final slot being "vacant" which will be posted within County and general public as required by Civil Service Rules and Wage Plan Policies:

Issue: Fill job opening of Slot #281 (vacant as of 12/24/15 and will be filled internally) and will result in a final slot being vacant which will be posted within county and general public.

Solution: Fill job opening of newly vacant positions in order to adhere to any and all Civil Service Rules and Regulations (internal postings), as well as any and all Wage Plan Policies.

Result: The filling of these positions will alleviate overload and allow for efficiency and productivity of work within the department.
