Johnson Control Metasys Upgrade

Discussion and possible action to approve payment to Johnson Control in the amount of $5,959.00 for services provided to upgrade Metasys Software on September 21, 2015 through September 25, 2015, Invoice #126298919474. [Account #001-0106-6401 (Repair & Maintenance of Buildings)]

Issue: Central Chiller Plant was not working properly and a service call was placed with Johnson Control. Metasys Upgrade services performed were not part of the Planned Service Agreement.

Solution: Johnson Control technician was on site, with the assistance of Webb County I.T. Department both teams performed update, SQL Database Restore, Re-installation of Windows, Re-imaging of Webb County server.

Result: Install and load CCT and SQL and all other applications. Installed SCT software and ADS software. Transferred database and brought system online. Uploaded all NAEs. Downloaded launcher 7.0 on computer and programmed password. Metasys Software controls heating and cooling to Webb County Courthouse, Justice Center and Administration Buildings.
