Issues: The District Attorney Intake Overtime review program and the county auditor's payroll line item require funding as per Court approval.
 
Solution: Provide funding for District Attorney to continue the program and to provide the personnel costs to the county auditor's budget as the budget approved by the district judges and commissioners court.
 
Result: To continue with the District Attorney's program to control the county jail population and to provide the necessary funding for the county auditor's duly approved budget.
