Discussion and possible action to award the following annual contract (Bid 2017-79 Cutaway Bus Repair) to South Texas Auto Rebuilders and A&S Electric and to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit an annual contract for Hot Mix Asphalt:

Issue: The County does not have a contract for cutaway bus repair, which makes the procurement process lengthy and troublesome for the departments that operate buses.

Solution: Solicit and award a contract to the bidder(s) who submitted the overall best value to Webb County.
