Discussion and possible action to enter into and approve a software maintenance and support services agreement pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Subchapter F, Local Govt. Code, Cooperative Purchasing Program Buy Board Contract No. 498-15 between Webb County and Antares Development Corporation, for the Webb County Clerk’s Vital Statistics and Military Discharge Records System (VMDRS) for a term of One (1) year, commencing on October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017, for an annual fee of $24,000.00 and authorizing the county judge to execute any and all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
