Discussion and possible action to approve a refund in the amount of $40,079.22 to Corelogic Tax Service. Accounts #91810002200 through #99401007030 had over-payments for tax year 2016.

Issue: Upon receiving payment from Corelogic Tax Service, various accounts had either been previously paid or had values adjusted from a Supplement resulting in the over-payment of taxes for year 2016.

Solution: Refund said amount to Corelogic Tax Service for those over-payments.

Result: The monies will be reimbursed to the appropriate taxpayer.
