Discussion and possible action to approve a refund in the amount of $8,198.89 to Falcon International Bank, Account #90090261029 that was erroneously paid.

Issue: Falcon International Bank sent in a payment in error on the above-mentioned account and is now requesting a refund. Taxes are still pending on this account.

Solution: Refund said amount to Falcon International Bank.

Result: The monies will be reimbursed to the appropriate taxpayer.
