Discussion and possible action to grant Preliminary and Final Plat Approval to the Replat of Lot 1, Block 1, El Vagon Subdivision, Phase 2, being a 39.36 acre tract of land, more or less, comprised of 3.28 acres out of Tract 27 and 36.08 acres out of Tract B of the Laredo Ranchettes Subdivision. The Planning Advisory Board recommended approval of this item contingent upon compliance with staff requirements at their meeting of December 21, 2017 (ID 8309).

Background:

Applicant has chosen to correct the improper subdivision of Tract 27 and Tract B of the Laredo Ranchettes Subdivision through two separate re-plats (El Vagon Subdivision, Phase 1 and Phase 2, being items 5 and 6 on this agenda). As such, both re-plats must secure all required City and County certificates prior to recording with the County Clerk.

This plat must be recorded simultaneously with Phase 1 in order to avoid an illegal subdivision under the Subdivision Regulations.

Applicant is requesting a waiver to the proposed extension of Enlace Rd. to Francisco Guerra Blvd.
