Issue: This slot was vacated voluntarily on September 4, 2018. Replacement is needed to complete the full complement of required operators for the Water Treatment Facility.

Solution: Obtain authorization to advertise and fill the position with a qualified candidate.

Result: Provide for continuous operation of the Water Treatment facility.
