Discussion and possible action to authorize Webb County to execute an Order of Acceptance for the dedication of Seven (7) Roadway Right-of-Way (R.O.W.) The easements are located in Ranchitos Los Arcos Subdivision, and will be used as part of the roadway r-o-w by Webb County to perform road maintenance and improvements to facilitate transportation needs for residents including emergency medical services and school bus pickups for students, and to authorize the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Luis Perez-Garcia, P.E.-Webb County Engineer]
