Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, the following budget amendment to increase insurance amount currently available for Texas Department of Agriculture #7216115 project. Issue: There are currently insufficient funds in budget account to be able to complete pending timesheets for October and November 2018. Budget amendment is needed in order to continue the availability of these funds.

Solution: The approval of this agenda item will enable the approved funds to be carried over into pending months (October and November 2018).

Result: The approval of this agenda item will allow the completion of these timesheets.
