Discussion and possible action to authorize the Civil Legal Division and Floodplain Administrator to file written objections and a public hearing request with the Railroad Commission of Texas pursuant to §134.134, Texas Natural Resources Code to the proposed Release of Reclamation Liability (bond) and Final Permit Closure of Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Permit for Permit No. 37C, Farco Mining Inc.’s Palafox Mine, Docket No. C19-007-SC-37-F located in Webb County, Texas off FM 1472 (Mines Road) approximately 31 miles northwest of Laredo, Texas contingent upon Farco Mining Inc.’s continued non-compliance with Webb County’s Flood Damage Prevention Order including but not limited to all applications, studies and development permits required by said Order, and authorizing the Webb County Judge and Floodplain Administrator to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
