Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit formal Competitive Sealed Proposals for the construction, rehabilitation and alteration of the Casa Blanca Golf course facility to include a new outdoor seating area, entertainment area and renovations to existing concrete slabs in accordance with the Texas Government Code; Sub-Chapter D. Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, Section 2269.151 (Contracts for Facilities) [Accounts #7110-6040-001-474501 (Casa Blanca Golf Course Series 2013 Construction In Progress) and #7130-6040-001-474501 (Casa Blanca Golf Course Series 2019A Construction In Progress)]

Issue: Currently our outdoor floor space is rundown and unsafe for use. We do not have an outdoor party area that can generate additional income for private parties and or events.

Solution: Authorize Purchasing Agent to solicit RFP's from qualified contractors.

Result: Secure competitive seal proposals for award as per State Law.
