Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of one (1) 2020 Ford F150, 4X4 Police Pursuit Truck from Holiday Ford (DBA Johnson Grayson Automotive, Inc.) in the amount not to exceed $54,822.00 and a APX All Band MP Mobile radio from RZ Communications in the amount not to exceed $5,809.21. Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 271.101 and 271.102, Subchapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Programs, State of Texas Buy-Board #524-17, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Police Pursuit Unit and mobile radio were funded for purchase through 2018 Operation Stonegarden Grant awarded to Constable Pct. 3.

Solution: Approval of purchase will authorize Constable Pct 3 to start process to order new Police Pursuit Unit and radio.

Result: Purchase order will be forwarded to Holiday Ford (DBA: Johnson Grayson Automotive, Inc.) and RZ Communications for official purchase.
