Status report on Tex Mex Parking Lot project with discussion and possible action to approve the implementation of parking fees for use of the public parking facility by the public and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Commissioners Court authorized the purchase of a parking lot access system in conjunction with the approved parking lot construction to provide the public with parking options when conducting business with Webb County. Parking fees need to be established if the Court desires to charge the public for use of this parking facility.

Solution: Authorize Staff to implement parking fees as determined and adopted by Commissioners Court.

Result: Implement parking fees as approved by Commissioners Court.
