Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2020-003 "Architectural Services for Constable Pct. 4 Building" to the highest ranking firm JHS Architect, Inc. and to further authorize the Civil/Legal Department to negotiate the terms and conditions of agreement and all necessary fees. Issue: Commissioners Court authorized the use of Bond money to design and construct a new law enforcement building for Constable Pct. 4.

Solution: The Webb County Purchasing Agent was authorized to solicit RFQ for this project. Five (5) firms officially submitted and JHS Architect Inc. is the highest ranking firm.

Result: Proceed with the highest ranking firm and finalize an architectural services contract in order to proceed with design, preparation of construction documents and construction phase administration.
