Discussion and possible action to approve Phase VI reimbursement, as per agreement by and between Webb County and A.F.W. Investments II, LTD., a Texas Limited Partnership (AFW Investments) and GAG of Laredo Investments, LLC., a Texas Limited Liability Company (GAG of Laredo). Phase VI of the Phoenix Village Subdivision is in the sum of $112,942.09, this reimbursement amount has been verified by the Webb County Engineering Department; and any other issues thereto; and have the County Judge sign any relevant documents. [Account #1001-1130-001-431007-010 (Operational Reserve)]

Issue: Additional costs incurred by AFW Investments and GAG of Laredo at their Phoenix Village Subdivision.

Solution: Reimbursement Agreement was approved in Commissioner Court on January 11, 2016, Item 15, for Phases I-VI, to handle the excess post development water and/or storm-water runoff created by subdivision improvements made and constructed by Webb County to the Los Altos Phase I Subdivision, Tanquesitos South Acres Subdivision, and an un-platted subdivision known as Tanquesitos II.

Result: Payment for reimbursement of costs for completed Phase VI of the Phoenix Village Subdivision.
