Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit for formal Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural/Engineering Services to prepare design plans and constructions documents for the Casa Blanca Golf course facility renovation project to include a new outdoor seating area, entertainment area and renovations to existing concrete slabs in accordance with the Texas Government Code; Chapter 2254.001 (Professional Services Procurement Act) [Accounts #7110-6040-001-474501 (Casa Blanca Golf Course Series 2013 Construction In Progress) and #7130-6040-001-474501 (Casa Blanca Golf Course Series 2019A Construction In Progress)]

Issue: Competitive Sealed proposal delivery method requires for the Government Entity to select or designate an architect or engineer to prepare construction documents for project.

Solution: Solicit for qualified architectural firms to design and prepare construction documents for Webb County as per State law.

Results: Secure RFQs for selection based on qualifications.
