Discussion and possible action to ratify and approve the posting of a Competitive Bid solicitation for La Presa Water Dispenser Project in accordance with the Texas Government Code; Section 2269.101 Contracts for Facilities: Competitive Bidding and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Construction plans and specifications have been completed by contracted engineer.

Solution: Proceed with solicitation to secure competitive bids as per State procurement law.

Result: Secure the lowest and responsible bid and seek Court approval to move project forward.
