Discussion and possible action to authorize the Webb County Community Action Agency to enter into an annual vendor agreement with Retail Energy providers (listed below) for the implementation of Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP). This vendor agreement is a Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) requirement for the implementation of the programs; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
