Discussion and possible action to approve the transfer of vehicle from Webb County Judge’s Office to the Elections Department and to make the necessary adjustments to the Webb County Inventory report and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Elections department is in great need of a reliable vehicle to be used for transporting and delivering elections equipment, transport election Judges to sites and move equipment to storage.

Solution: Approve the transfer of vehicle to Elections department.

Result: Elections department will have a reliable vehicle to use for transportation purposes.

Background:

Issue: The Webb County Judge’s Office is in no need for this vehicle.
Solution: Approve the transfer of the vehicle to Election’s Office.
Results: Election’s Office will have a dependable vehicle for their transportation needs.
